Terms of Service

Georgia Young Photography Is a sole trader photography business. The aim of this business is to provide excellent photo prodcucts and client experiences. Services include, photo sessions, editing, advertsing etc. 

Pricing can be found in the pricing section of the website. Deposits are required for private sessions and depend on package type. Deposits are removed from the remaining price. Payments for session must be made in full at least 24 hours before date of booking or on the day of the booking. Pricing is made based on equipment costs and editing services. Travel fees may apply if needing to travel outside maximum radius. As of the 15/1/2022 travel fees will be applied to all bookings unless mulitple bookings are made at the same location. 

Payments are made online through the website or bank transfer. Payment types include PayPal, Stripe or off the site transfers. Terms and conditions for PayPal and Stripe can be found on their websites. Deposit is required for bookings and must be made in advanced by any payment method.

Cancellation of services is to be made aware through direct contact via website or social media pages. Cancellation of private sessions must be made 24 hours before date. Deposit will be forfeited upon cancellation. 

Delivery of products will be made via email and post. Digital downloads will be sent with reciept and downloadable link for customers to download their purchases. Prints and products will be sent via post from a third party printing company. Email delivery is free. Postage delivery will cost a fee depending on location. Deliveries on downloads are instant and post can take up to 4 weeks. 

If products are not delivered to standard please contact directly to resolve the issue by refund or credit.

Refunds can be given on digital downloads only. We can not give refunds on prints. If your product is damaged or does not arrive we can arrange a replacement or reprint for free. Please get in contact as soon as possible if there are any issues with your sevice or product. 

Georgia Young Photography is not responsible for lost or damaged products.
